With the easing of COVID19 restrictions, The Support People (TSP) team has been hard at work re-establishing community access for our NDIS participants.
Recently some of our Bendigo participants visited Griffin Farm in Raywood to watch shearing in action. The farm visit was a wonderful opportunity for participants to get ‘out & about’ after months of COVID19 restrictions. Whilst visiting a farm to watch sheep being shorn may seem like a strange way to access the community; our program is participant directed and tailored to meet their needs and interests.
Now that COVID19 restrictions have eased, we look forward to the coming months where we can plan more activities for people to continue to explore opportunities and be included in the community.
