Biggest Morning Tea 2023

The Biggest Morning Tea is a fundraising event for the Cancer Council, dedicated to cancer research, prevention, and support. It involves individuals, workplaces, schools, and community groups coming together to host morning tea gatherings and raise funds to support the organization’s work.

This year The Support People held our event at the Kangaroo Flat Bowls Club where  friends, colleagues, clients, the community and family members joined for a morning tea session. Served was an array of tea, coffee, cakes, biscuits, sandwiches, and pastries. Auctions of incredible items donated by local supporting businesses helped raise funds for vital cancer research, prevention campaigns, and support services for those affected by cancer.

We would like to give huge thanks to the incredible businesses that donated goods and services to our auction to help raise funds. Because of the great generosity The Support People have raised $4,100 this year!
